JSS2 PHE Scheme of Work

Physical and Health Education (PHE) in Junior Secondary Schools is about physical activity and health knowledge to help students grow in all areas: physically, mentally, and socially.

In JSS2 PHE, students do sports, games, gymnastics, and dance. These activities make them fitter and improve their motor skills, coordination, and ability to work in teams. They also learn about the importance of regular exercise, fair play, and competing well.

In PHE, students learn both by doing and by studying. They gain skills, knowledge, and attitudes to keep themselves healthy.
