JSS1 PHE Scheme of Work
JSS1 PHE teaches students about physical activity and health to support their overall development, focusing on physical, mental, and social well-being.
During PHE classes, students engage in sports, games, gymnastics, and dance. These activities improve physical fitness, motor skills, coordination, and teamwork. Students learn the importance of regular exercise, sportsmanship, and fair play.
The PHE curriculum also covers health topics like personal hygiene, nutrition, disease prevention, and safety. Students learn the importance of a healthy lifestyle, good diet choices, and proper hygiene to prevent illness.
